Head sculpture made with tightly layered recycled materials: magazines, plastic bottles, pop cans, rubber, a toothpaste tube, etc. Suggests ideas about identity as packaged, or the result of the by-products of consumerism, and in need of renewal.

Recycled Head is a sculpture of a large head I made with recycled materials, tightly layered together. Modeling it from a plaster cast mold of my own head, I used magazines, cardboard, plastic bottles, pop cans, rubber, a toothpaste tube, and other items. The final work suggests ideas about identity as packaged, or the result of the by-products of consumerism, and in need of renewal.
